As a talent advisor here, you'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions, partner authentically with leaders, and shape the future of our organization. We move fast without cutting corners. You'll work with stakeholders who value quality over speed, understand that great talent drives mission success, and trust you as the expert.

We are looking for an adaptable full-cycle recruiter who thrives across tech and non-tech roles alike—versatile problem-solver who brings curiosity to every search and win over hiring managers with data-driven insights, not just gut feelings. If you can flex across functions, think strategically, and influence stakeholders with intelligence and insights, you'll excel here.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical talent advisor to technology leadership and educate hiring managers about the external technical talent demographic;

  • Manage requisition activity and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders;

  • Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards and company proprietary databases;

  • Identify and implement new methods for sourcing technical and engineering candidates and generating new leads;

  • Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience;

  • Applies expertise toward recommending process improvement of the overall staffing strategy, focusing on quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness of fulfilling staffing needs; and

  • Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards.

  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;

  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;

  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and

  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with high-growth technology companies;

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical recruitment experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as an in-house corporate recruiter preferred;

  • Advanced knowledge sourcing and leveraging AI to uncover talent (LinkedIn Recruiter);

  • Deep understanding of technical stacks, languages and different frameworks;

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect with prospects in all functional engineering areas, i.e. Product, Data, Data Science, and Infrastructure;

  • Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis and offer negotiation;

  • Excellent written communication skills;

  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;

  • Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;

  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);

  • Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and

  • Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
