Senior Technician Calibration, 1st shift, Exton, PA

Install, set up, repair, calibrate and maintain new and existing manufacturing tooling and equipment. Schedule calibrations utilizing outside vendors/contractors. Develop and update maintenance procedures, as necessary. Complete entries in Preventative Maintenance Logbooks and CMMS program. Work with manufacturing personnel to trouble shoot manufacturing process problems. Assist Manufacturing Engineering as required. Also, Assist with general facility issues relating to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services to maintain proper working conditions. Maintain, non-production equipment, which supports production. Working knowledge of various power & hand tools; wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Working knowledge of scope & usage of General Work Permitting Procedure & Processes. Experience in medical materials/chemical manufacturing strongly preferred. Proficient written & oral communication skills + computer literacy. Ability to plan, execute & complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
