You'll work in a lab environment to synthesize and test small-molecule compounds for sustained controlled-release, driving these innovations towards commercialization. Your key responsibilities Conduct synthetic organic chemical reactions for the discovery of new fragrance and flavor molecules Isolate, purify, and characterize reaction products by NMR, GC-MS, and IR Evaluate commercial potential of new molecules by measuring performance in consumer products Compile and report data to supervisor, present at group meetings, and contribute to written reports Operate and perform basic maintenance of analytical instrumentation (GC, GC-MS) Perform housekeeping duties and order supplies to maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked laboratory We bring Collaboration with experts in health, nutrition, and beauty to drive progress Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet You bring Experience performing synthetic organic chemistry experiments and techniques such as chromatography, extractions, and distillations Experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation such as gas chromatographs and mass spectrometers Excellent written and oral communication skills A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives A spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and pioneering innovative solutions that drive positive change Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with R&D laboratory experience The application process Interested in this position?
