Actively participate on technical team to develop strategic relationships and customer intimacy via presentations, hands-on benchtop working sessions, and technical-to-technical connections. Manage cross-functional projects for the development of products, application of flavors, and engagement with customers. Leverage technical expertise in terms of flavors, ingredients, formulations, and processes relating to savory and bakery, while establishing and maintaining a network of relationships within the technical community. You Bring: 7+ years' experience in the food industry with Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Science/Science Technology or equivalent. Demonstrated technical track record in flavor applications, ingredient expertise and product development. Ability to work in kitchens, labs, and pilot plant environments Ability to travel to customers in North America ~20%.
