Senior Technology Transfer Specialist (CONTINGENT)

ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Transfer Specialist to join a team supporting an Army contract in Arlington, VA. This individual will be responsible for developing Army positions relating to the transfer of military technologies to foreign countries. This is an in-person position and requires a TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Education: Bachelor's degree OR 10 years of Security Cooperation/Security Assistance (SC/SA) experience
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Clearance: TS/SCI required
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. policies for export control
• Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulation and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation
• Understanding of the DoD's Technology and Foreign Disclosure process, as well as processing exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy
• Working understanding of existing requirements for the international export control regimes that the U.S. is a signatory to
