What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers. Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers. Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers. Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals. Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees. Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met. Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 4 years of experience in sales is required.
