Job Description - Senior Ticket Sales Specialist

Description

As our Senior Ticket Sales Specialist, you will manage the daily operations of the ticketing team, ensuring high performance, smooth transactions, and outstanding service. This hands-on leadership role blends operational oversight with strategic sales support-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. While this is a senior level position, the ideal candidate should expect to work directly with customers to ensure exceptional service. This is a frontline leadership role where you will be a visible and active part of the guest experience.

Requirements

- Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of ticket sales representatives 

- Monitor sales performance and ensure team meets/exceeds goals 

- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members 

- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency 

- Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams on sales campaigns 

- Maintain accurate records, reconcile sales, and support financial reporting 

- Ensure adherence to all ticketing procedures and company policies 

- Support event-day operations including troubleshooting and staffing 

- Navigate and utilize all function point of sale system with speed and accuracy

- In the event of technological issues, the candidate will be expected to troubleshoot common problems on the spot ensuring ticket operations run smoothly

- Ensuring the ticket booth and general store are always clean, orderly, and tidy for guest interactions

What We're Looking For: 

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing, sales, or customer service 

- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments

- Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational skills 

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 

- Basic inventory skills 

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Proficiency with ticketing systems and basic financial reconciliation
