As a Senior Trainer Enablement, you are responsible for training Empower Personal Wealth focused business funnel curriculum. This role will facilitate ongoing and instructor-led learning programs to prepare Empower Personal Wealth roles, while providing exceptional experiences for internal consumers. The Trainer will assist with gathering and analyzing information to determine learning needs and evaluate training programs, materials, and trainee performance. Collaborates with Empower peers and leadership to drive new hire training, continuing education, identify training needs, partner closely with instructional design to oversee materials, maintain courses and programs accuracy. Must meet high standards of maintaining current and consistent knowledge on Empower Personal Wealth business.
What you will do
Lead functional and conversational role specific training for Empower Personal Wealth business funnels
Facilitate learning solutions, prepare plans according to adult learning theory and providing a high-impact, interactive environment
Identify learning needs within assigned concentrated business units
Develop professional, collaborative relationships with focused business unit stakeholders
Implement learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices
Employ internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals
Collaborate with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components
Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of manager and team performances
Provide reporting to concentrated business area and training management
Educate employees on the use of the Learning Management System, MS Teams, and other technologies
Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and design team
Maintain current business knowledge; stays abreast of market events, investment product enhancements, and successful sales techniques to be up-to-speed on potential training topics
Assume responsibility for ongoing development, researching training industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies
Coordinate logistics of training
Partner with instructional designers to evaluate, maintain, develop and/or deliver content to support training programs and deliverables
Independently owns small complex training projects or participates in larger complex projects/programs with supervision, including needs assessment, development, delivery, resource, and project management, adhering to timelines and team standards
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5 years minimum of experience directly related to training and development
FINRA fingerprinting
FINRA Series 7 required
Knowledge of training methods, styles, and mature learning principles
Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions

Base Salary Range
$76,300.00 - $107,800.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
