Requisition Number: 104833 \n\nSenior Transformation Principal \n\nLocation: Remote\n\nSalary: Depending on experience, the pay is up to $150,000 a year with a 10% bonus\n\nRemote Senior Transformation Principal leads strategic modernization engagements using Insight\u2019s Radius for Devices assessment methodology. You will guide clients through an accelerated assessment of their end user compute ecosystem, conducting process interviews, gap analysis, evaluating their people, processes, tools, and spaces to deliver clear, data driven recommendations and a transformation roadmap to executives. \n\nThe Transformation Principal serves as the strategic leader responsible for delivering Insight\u2019s North Star framework for end user compute (EUC) ecosystems. This role blends advisory, program leadership, data driven analysis, project management, problem solving and an EUC workshop to help clients modernize device lifecycle operations, improve end user experience, reduce cost, drive transformation, and align technology capabilities with business goals. \n\nYou will guide clients through the full RADIUS journey -Discover, Analyze and Report leading cross functional teams to produce high impact transformation outcomes. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Public speaking and presenting are an absolute must skillet\n\n\n * Promote the Insight Brand internally and externally \n\n\n * Stay current on IT, EUC, and device lifecycle trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations. \n\n\n * Perform market and competitive research to develop client and competitor narratives using sales input, client feedback, and defined market problem statements. \n\n\n * Provide expert advisory guidance on IT strategy, architecture, and technology trends to senior leaders and clients. \n\n\n * Facilitate client kick offs meetings, process interviews, findings and recommendations workshops and present executive read outs \n\n\n * Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients end user compute environments, understanding their current processes, identifying gaps and analyzing data. \n\n\n * Identify and define key opportunity areas within the customer\u0027s EUC environment and processes. Analyze root causes and their impacts on business operations. \n\n\n * Deliver executive level readouts by owning the final recommendation story line, strategic framing and C-suite messaging. \n\n\n * Ensure recommendations align to client roadmaps and organizational realities, adjusting messaging based on stakeholder readiness. \n\n\n * Develop data driven Insights and recommendations. \n\n\n * Produce actionable findings, pain points, risks, and wants based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback \n\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to design and build offerings and solutions. \n\n\n * Design detailed programs for the implementation of recommended solutions. Create project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful deployment. \n\n\n * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment, define project scope, and secure buy-in for proposed solutions. \n\n\n * Ability to identify business value and/or create a total cost of ownership document \n\n\n\nWhat you\u2019ll need to join Insight \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology or related field preferred. \n\n\n * 3 or more years of experience in a Strategic Role, or EUC Management and or similar roles focused on assessments, offerings, and/or solution development for clients. \n\n\n * 3 or more years of technology experience, business analyst experience, presales for service offerings, and/or experience at industry peer (or OEM). \n\n\n * 3 or more years of experience with services from an integrator, channel provider, MSP, or OEM provider within similar industry as Insight; competent understand channel services and MSP providers. \n\n\n * Understanding of product/offering lifecycle approach \n\n\n * Executive ready communication, storytelling, and influence skills. \n\n\n * Skilled facilitator of workshops, process mapping, and findings sessions. \n\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically. \n\n\n * Ability to manage ambiguity and guide diverse stakeholder groups toward shared outcomes. \n\n\n * Proven ability to drive multiweek transformation engagements. \n\n\n * Strong project management and cross functional leadership capabilities. \n\n\n * Experience building strategic roadmaps and presenting to executives. \n\n\n * Additional experience required in operationalizing delivery, presales and sales, marketing, and/or service delivery \n\n\n * Proven expertise in identifying and resolving complex Device Lifecycle issues. \n\n\n * Proficiency in a wide range of IT technologies \n\n\n * Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. \n\n\n * Public speaking and presenting \n\n\n * Strong communication skills \n\n\n * Ability to communicate complex business messaging with industry analysts \n\n\n * Experience with analytical, data-based approaches \n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
