You develop unique user interfaces, which when used, generate enthusiasm.
You accompany our customers throughout the entire agile design process.
You develop and moderate design workshops and presentations (internal/external).
You analyze user requirements and act in the design and pre-development of content, operating and display concepts involving users, product managers and developers.
You visualize your ideas and solutions in a comprehensible and expressive way; digitally or analogously.
You accompany the development with stamina and perseverance from the design specification to the final implementation.
You monitor and stay updated on current design, technological and social developments and incorporate new insights into your work.
You share your insights in regular meetings with your team and actively participate in shaping the processes in your environment.

You hold a degree in product, interface or interaction design, media informatics or a comparable educational path.
You already have professional experience in the field of UI/UX behind you.
You have the passion to turn complex relationships into simple, efficient and user-centric operating concepts.
You are able to reconcile design, innovation and usability.
You have a trained eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
You have a structured way of working; information architectures, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, visuals, prototypes, and testing are no strangers to you.
You master current tools and workflows (Sketch, Craft, Zeplin, Adobe CC, etc.) and are open to new ways to optimize your productivity.
You have practical experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript etc.) as well as knowledge of agile software development processes.
Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
