▶︎ Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, support, and maintain unified communications infrastructure in a mission-critical financial environment
- Manage and support telephony systems including desk phones, trading turrets, voicemail, voice recording, and video conferencing systems
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and IPC Unigy trading turret systems
- Support voice gateways, SIP trunks, PRIs, FXS/FXO, POTS, and hoot & holler lines
- Ensure maximum system uptime to support real-time trading operations
- Act as the final escalation point for Service Desk on telecom-related issues
- Manage telecom vendors, circuit ordering, provisioning, and inventory tracking
- Lead and manage telecom and UC-related projects from planning through execution
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and network designs
- Perform on-site support including rack installation, cabling, and telecom wiring
- Provide off-hours, on-call, and remote support as required
- Travel between New York and New Jersey offices as needed

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience supporting telephony and unified communications systems
Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM and IPC Unigy
Strong understanding of VoIP and telephony protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP)
Experience with Cisco IOS (Voice Gateways, switching)
Knowledge of PBX, dial plans, QoS, and voice infrastructure design
Experience supporting leased lines, SIP trunks, PRIs, and telecom provisioning
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
Basic scripting and automation skills
Experience in financial services or trading environments is highly preferred
