Senior User Acquisition Specialist (Bahamas)

As a Senior User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for launching and optimising Meta Ads, Twitter, TikTok, and Google Ads. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive registrations and deposits and increase ROMI


• Create, manage, analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performances 


• Analyse creatives' performance and suggest new ideas on a permanent basis


• Identify and explore new channels for user acquisition tests 


• Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance, suggest new ideas for performance improvement 


• Generate ideas to boost the performance, test new GEOs and new sources, optimise the budget, and set up A/B tests 


• Stay updated on the latest paid media trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced experience with Meta ads or Google Ads


• Experience with user acquisition tools and platforms, such as Google UAC/ACe, Twitter, TikTok, Unity, AdColony, AdNetworks, Appsflyer (or other MMPs), Firebase (optional), and Google Looker Studio (optional)


• In-depth knowledge of mobile app user acquisition channels, strategies, and best practices


• Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms and their unique user acquisition challenges


• Experience with web user acquisition channels


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners


• Languages: Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as advantage
