Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join the dynamic team in Cyprus (RELOCATION SUPPORT PROVIDED).

Responsibilities:

• Design user- and business-centric interfaces that enhance the player experience while meeting regulatory standards.


• Conduct competitor research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.


• Develop wireframes and prototypes using Figma to visualize concepts effectively.


• Craft user experiences for new features, ensuring alignment with web or mobile-specific needs.


• Create visually appealing designs that adhere to the company’s design system and brand guidelines.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs across products.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX design and market research, with a strong focus on the gambling industry.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, excellent wireframing and information architecture skills, and the ability to create responsive designs, web and mobile app interfaces.


• Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct user research, analyse data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.


• Language skills: At least Upper- intermediate proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
