Senior UX/UI Designer (m / f / d)

• Design visually appealing and functional website pages for our two customer-facing websites: usercentrics.com and cookiebot.com
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within the marketing team, including UX designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver design solutions that drive conversion
• Use, maintain and optimize design systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. with a focus on conversion rate optimization
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with a focus on website; incl. understanding of web accessibility standards
• Demonstrable end-to-end design process across multiple projects
• Demonstrate excellence as a collaborative team member, utilizing extensive experience and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication within a diverse and dynamic group
• Uphold a positive and considerate demeanor while maintaining a keen awareness of one's role and responsibilities within the team.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset in order to work with various stakeholders
• Creative thinker with a conversion optimization mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Figma

Nice to have's:

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of SEO best practices related to UX
• Ability to use analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar…) to make data-driven design decisions
• Core KPI Alignment
• Experience shaping UX/UI for B2B websites in international markets
