Job Description

The Senior Vice President is responsible for the financial performance, growth, and strategic direction of the companies new home construction business. The position also provides oversight to the daily operations of the sales office, ensuring Company policies and procedures are properly communicated and maintained. In addition, the position is responsible for recruiting and securing Sales Associates that specialize in new home construction.

Qualifications

10+ years in Construction/Real Estate experience
