Summary:
This is a full-time position. The Workers’ Compensation ADR Program Senior Vice President (SVP) role is a highly qualified position primarily responsible for the oversight of and/or consultation with ADR Project stakeholders including but not limited to TPA, Medical Network, Onsite Medical Care, Ombudsperson, Workers’ Compensation Board, Clients, Contractors, and Unions. This position requires working under the direction of and in tandem with the ADR Leader while providing management of the ADR Team. The position is a C & I role that will report directly to the ADR Leader. It is a client-facing position which requires excellent communicative and collaborative skills. The ADR Program Administrator should be calculated and adept at problem solving. The ADR SVP will master complete end-to-end knowledge of the ADR Program and be able to utilize that knowledge in promoting the ADR Program to a variety of audiences including clients, prospects, carriers, TPAs, and other construction industry stakeholders. The ADR SVP will develop the skills necessary to implement an ADR program from identifying an opportunity, to program implementation, through closeout. This role requires a critical thinker who can assess current processes and adapt them as required.
The SVP must be a self-motivated team-oriented leader who works in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership including putting the internal team and external stakeholders in the best position to implement a successful ADR program, while also having a willingness to directly execute as needed. The primary purpose of NFP as an ADR Program Administrator is to act as the conscious of all stakeholders of an ADR program ensuring that the parties to an ADR Program are acting efficiently and effectively within the structure ADR program. Knowledge of the construction industry, workers’ compensation rules, regulations, and laws particularly in New York, but also other states where NFP may administer future ADR programs are required.

The base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $247,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
