The Role
The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for building a modern, growth-oriented marketing organization that strengthens our brand, accelerates revenue growth, and positions the company as the premier workforce solutions partner.
Reporting to the CEO, this executive will develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy, leading brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, and AI-enabled marketing innovation. The SVP will partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Human Resources to ensure marketing drives measurable business outcomes while enhancing the employee, client, and candidate experience.
This leader will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization as we expand our core healthcare staffing business into a total health company accelerating growth in adjacent markets, including our MSP, life sciences, biotech, and pharmaceutical workforce solutions.
Annual SALARY = $175,000.00 - $200,000.00
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and execute the company's enterprise marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on brand, market positioning, and communications
• Build a high-performing marketing organization focused on measurable business impact
• Strengthen and evolve the company's brand across clients, healthcare professionals, clinicians, employees, and partners
• Lead demand generation and integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, qualified leads for B2B/B2C, and revenue
• Establish KPIs and dashboards that measure marketing's impact on growth, lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and ROI
• Manage marketing investments with a disciplined focus on business performance
• Partner with Sales and Recruiting to improve customer acquisition, candidate engagement, and market share
• Lead digital marketing, website strategy, SEO/SEM, content, social media, and marketing automation
• Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve personalization, productivity, analytics, and campaign effectiveness
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Partner with Human Resources and executive leadership to strengthen employer branding and employee engagement
• Ensure consistent messaging that reinforces the company's mission, culture, and values

What We Look For
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility
• Proven success developing brands and marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
• Experience leading digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing technology initiatives in B2B/B2C organizations
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness
• Demonstrated financial planning and analysis experience
• Proven experience in problem solving, solution execution, and cross-functional cooperation/leadership
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investments in people and systems
• Highest levels of personal and professional integrity
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both in writing and through verbal presentations
• Ability to establish immediate credibility with the internal and external stakeholders
• Sound judgment and high emotional intelligence
