About the Role
The Company, a prominent healthcare services provider, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for all Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Operations. The role involves overseeing a portfolio with over $6B in cost under management, 50,000 End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) patients, and 30,000 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients, as well as working with more than 1,000 aligned nephrologists. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional operations leader with deep experience in value-based care, a strong history in the healthcare industry, and a passion for transforming patient care in the kidney disease and treatment continuum.Responsibilities include supporting the executive leadership team in achieving strategic goals, collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer to deliver clinical innovations, and ensuring the company's operations align with clinical deliverables and performance goals. The SVP will also be accountable for nephrology partnerships, leading the innovation of CKD and ESKD models of care, and engaging with key payors to manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare value-based care is required, along with a proven track record of fiscal and operating leadership, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). The successful candidate will have powerful communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a philosophy that aligns with the company's core values.
