About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead the operational functions of the Portfolio Clients Services and Industries organization. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and people development. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to the operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities, and driving long-term operational objectives. The role also involves managing risk and safety protocols, optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity, and leading business intelligence initiatives to support data-driven decision-making. The Senior Vice President will be a key player in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of the business, working in close collaboration with the Global COO and the America's Lead for Portfolio Clients Services and Industries.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles with a proven track record of leadership in operations is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational principles, business intelligence, risk management, and process optimization. Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. The role demands exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in business intelligence tools and software. The Senior Vice President will be expected to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and automation within operations.
