What you’ll do:

• Drive strategic excellence and execution across hc1 with a forward-thinking approach to identify market opportunities and potential "white space" for growth
• Build strategic goals and help spearhead thought leadership that positions us as innovators
• Design and implement cutting-edge systems that institutionalize structured sales processes and set clear performance metrics that inspire results and accountability
• Craft a sales strategy that capitalizes on hc1’s expanded product and service offerings
• Work with other leaders to ensure a product offering that’s ahead of the competition and aligned with market demands
• Represent hc1 to external stakeholders with authority and presence, gaining trust and establishing credibility with clients and partners
• Continue to elevate point of sale to C-suite to ensure comprehensive opportunity for healthcare transformation
• Forge strong, lasting relationships with clients, focusing on acquiring new accounts, boosting account value, and elevating our offerings to provide exceptional, high value products and services
• Influence product development strategy and solution value creation from conception to launch
• Collaborate with our dynamic delivery and growth teams to stay ahead of industry shifts, ensuring hc1 is always at the forefront of market developments
• Define a clear product and service strategy to capitalize on market demand
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify target segments and align offerings
• Design a sales strategy that supports our ambitious growth goals while empowering our sales team to excel
• Develop budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales goals
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability
• Assess potential risks and implement proactive strategies for mitigation, safeguarding our growth journey
• Partner cross-functionally to develop a sales strategy to meet evolving customer needs
• Complete other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• Prior experience with a company that scaled from ~$30 million to ~$100 million in revenue, either as a top sales leader or a key player supporting the sales leader
• Demonstrated success in positioning B2B solutions in a strategic and compelling way
• Proven experience working within organizations selling to provider end-markets; experience in other end-markets such as Pharma and Health Plans is  advantageous
• Possess a deep understanding of the healthcare  and diagnostic labs industry, enhancing hc1’s competitive edge
• Demonstrated experience in building high performing teams who share our passion for innovation, growth and creating a positive change in healthcare
• A true sales leader with a passion for engaging with customers and a strong track record of closing enterprise-level contracts of ~$200,000 or more
• Extensive experience selling both service models and SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of the nuances of each
• Demonstrated P&L experience and expertise in building operating models that support sustained growth and scalability
• Experience building strong relationships and ensuring offerings meet client needs and add value
• Demonstrable experience with a “steer the ship” mentality partnered with a strong sense of accountability, taking full ownership of sales direction and outcomes
• Maintain a forward-thinking, offensive approach to challenges, ensuring hc1 remains innovative and competitive
• Successful record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for your team and organization
• Successful record of building sales organizations 
• Successful record of sales forecasting and meeting or exceeding those forecasts
