Lead Sales Executive in Building Materials ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Drive revenue and profitability through effective strategies in traditional, national account, and commercial sales channels.Planning and Budgeting: Develop annual sales plans and regional budgets aligned with corporate objectives.Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Representation: Serve as a company representative at key trade shows and customer events.Talent Development: Mentor and prepare team members for future leadership roles.Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently with efficient prioritization.Skills and Qualifications:Leadership: Demonstrated ability in leading sales initiatives.Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics.Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in resolving issues and providing top-notch customer service.Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Strategic Planning: Proficient in creating and executing effective strategies.Results-Driven: Proactive and results-oriented approach to business challenges.Change Management: Experienced in driving organizational change and initiatives.Ethics: Strong ethical values and integrity in all business interactions.Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.Education and Experience:Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.Experience: 7-10 years in the consumer durable products industry, ideally in sales, product management, or marketing.Further Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Success Record: Demonstrated success in expanding sales channels and fostering lasting customer relationships.Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
