We're seeking a future team member for the role of People Analytics, Senior Vice President to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to understand critical people issues and business questions and hypothesis of the highest impact to the organization Bring together internal and external data sources and research to help leaders understand people issues Undertake analyses using the most contemporary and available technologies and statistical methodologies to discover insights in the data Use data to identify solutions that will raise the bar on all things people-related Research new technologies and methods across data science, data engineering and data visualizations to improve technical capabilities of the team Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audience Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data Manage a small team of People Analytics analysts To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required 8-10 years of related experience including experience with HR/People data/analytics or workforce strategy working in/with complex organizations Advanced analytical and problem solving skills; experience in applying multivariate statistical methods, clustering, modelling, etc. Experience designing analytics solutions with HR technology Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization skills (PowerBI preferred); data extraction, preparation and statistical languages including Python, R and/or SQL Experience with Oracle HCM a plus At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $122,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
