About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Resident Solutions Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving resident engagement with a suite of resident-facing products across various categories, including payments, insurance, rent reporting, loyalty, moving, and financial wellness. This role involves the development and execution of strategies to enhance resident acquisition and retention, leading market segmentation and persona definition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to set engagement targets and performance benchmarks. The Senior Vice President will also lead a team to ensure the successful launch of new products, drive product revenue, and expand the company's market leadership position.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of strategy and performance marketing experience with B2C companies, and a proven track record of meeting revenue, customer acquisition, and retention targets. The role requires a self-starter with strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of building and executing growth strategies. Experience in PE-backed companies and SaaS is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, possess unparalleled analytical skills, and have a strong background in developing and scaling B2C programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
