Senior Vice President, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery

Subject matter expert in Portfolio Management, Equities, Derivatives, Futures, FX, and/or Fixed Income trading workflows. Experience working with Execution Management Systems (EMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS). Proficient in creating Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Epics & User Stories, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Traders, Management, Researchers, Software Engineers, Vendors, Operations, etc. Proficient in understanding the trade lifecycle, FIX messaging and regulatory requirements for a range of asset classes. Experience in formal Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies for projects and problem resolution. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working with software vendors and software development teams. Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a pressurized environment. Good organization skills to coordinate and lead (sub)projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with innovative solutions. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred. 10-12 years of experience in a systems SCM environment, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
