About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Transformational Exports Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the program, including the development and implementation of operational plans, resource requirements, and budgets. This role involves providing direct supervision and management support to a team of professional and administrative staff, as well as maintaining and improving the program's fiscal and administrative controls. The SVP will also be tasked with ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all program-related documentation, and will be expected to have expert-level knowledge of past and current developments that impact the program's mandate.Applicants for this position must have a strong background in program management, with a focus on communications, budget and administrative planning, and program/policy/project analysis and evaluation. The role requires extensive experience in financial transactions and portfolio management, as well as a broad knowledge of domestic and international financial institutions and banking practices. The SVP will be responsible for maintaining interagency relationships, advising on wider China competition efforts, and certifying the annual record of program-related transactions. The position demands a leader with the ability to bring about strategic change, lead people, and build coalitions to achieve common goals. U.S. citizenship is a requirement, and the incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance.
