is partnering with a well-respected financial services firm in search of a Senior Wealth Manager to join its team.

This position is responsible for servicing an existing book of business by assisting clients in meeting financial goals by recommending appropriate plans and products.

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Wealth Manager. This person will be responsible for providing sophisticated wealth management advice and solutions to our clients, leveraging their deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth planning techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering superior financial outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide efficient and personalized service to existing clients while actively identifying opportunities for expansion through referrals and networking efforts.
Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations, fulfilling continuing education requirements as necessary.
Lead the financial planning process for high-net-worth clients, guiding them through the establishment and definition of the client/advisor relationship to the implementation and monitoring of financial planning recommendations.
Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' income, assets, and financial goals to craft comprehensive financial plans and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions across multiple areas, including estate planning, tax considerations, retirement planning, and education planning.
Foster collaborative relationships with affiliated professionals, in-house experts, and strategic alliances to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions that address clients' diverse needs.
Deliver personalized client service, including promptly addressing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and executing portfolio rebalancing using advanced tools and systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, regulatory changes, and client preferences to inform investment decisions and enhance service offerings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
MBA, CFP, or CPA preferred.
Prior enrollment in or willingness to enroll in the CFP certification program.
Hold FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 securities registrations.
5+ years of experience successfully building and servicing a book of business, or experience as a paraplanner or high-level assistant to an advisor.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning concepts and terminology, with excellent communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance policies, and annuities.
Hands-on experience with third-party asset management systems, including an understanding of their functionality, advantages, and limitations.
Proficiency in various computer programs, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Salary Range
$100k - $125k
