redKonnect is a turn-key solution for social marketing, brand advocacy, and viral engagement. We incentivize Facebook and Twitter users to post endorsements of their favorite brands and causes to their social media profiles. Businesses post custom campaigns to redKonnect and pay for posts, tweets, and clicks generated by redKonnect's community of engaged social media influencers.

In short, redKonnect's word-of-mouth marketing web platform is reinventing social media marketing by aligning the interests of corporations and consumers by providing them a space to interact and work together. We envision a day when millions across the globe will be passionate advocates for the brands they love, and they'll receive fair compensation for the strength of their voice.

In our first month of the site being live, we've received substantial investment and seen signficant revenue.

The Job

For initial developments, we relied on a software development firm, but we're ready to bring it all in-house.

We're looking for a Senior Developer to takeover management of future development projects which include, but are not limited to:

-Facebook and Twitter app customization and improvement

-Google Plus and Pinterest app development

-Work with designers to integrate new site design via HTML and CSS

-Moble app development

-Quick and permanent fixing of bugs on the site

-Integration of various APIs

-Training and management of special in-house and outsourced development projects

-A wide range of web developments and site improvements

Qualifications:

-Mastery of HTML, CSS, PHP/MySQL, and at least 1 additional coding language

-Ability to plan and effectively manage projects, in coordination with COO

-5+ years experience in software design and programming, emphasizing PHP/MySQl in Zend (required)

-Ability to transition into a project management and mentoring role over a development team

-Creative and innovative energy, and the desire to take ownership of the product

-Familiarity with social media purposes and use

-Ability to effectively communicate and work with a dynamic team
