Position : Senior Workday Financial Workstream Lead
Location : Fully remote
Duration : 25+ months, through June 2026
Job Description :

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday financials experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent ability to drive teams through process design and system configuration
Executive presence in this client-facing role
Experience doing one or more full life-cycle workday implementations to include supplier accounts, banking / settlements, expenses
Workday certification in related financial modules required
Experience in Workday financial processes and configuration options in order to be able to optimize operational processes and system improvements during the implementation that will improve overall departmental efficiency
Healthcare Experience is a strong plus in this role.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related discipline
Master’s degree preferred
Workday certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
Demonstrates a high level of maturity with demonstrated self-confidence and ability to make bi-lateral decisions together with client personnel
Conducts self in a professional manner at all times
Ability to work with peers in a team situation
Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
Must demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy
Must be a self-starter and work independently
Must be very well organized, able to effectively manage multiple priorities
Must be flexible and adapt to change without reservation
