Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting end-to-end: job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview processes, offer management, and onboarding handoffs Build candidate relationship management strategies leveraging Eightfold AI (or similar CRM tools) integrated with Workday to nurture talent pools and improve pipeline conversion Develop Workday Extend applications to address recruiting gaps and create custom candidate/hiring manager experiences beyond core Workday functionality 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
