What you will be doing:

• Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation defense matters from inception to resolution


• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials


• Develop case strategy, including legal research, evidence review, and risk assessment


• Negotiate settlements and drive efficient case resolution


• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates


• Collaborate with internal legal teams on litigation strategy


• Contribute to firm growth through business development initiatives

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school


• Active California Bar license (required)


• 5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience


• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills


• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
