The Role
This is a senior-level, individual contributor role responsible for analyzing workforce data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, including regular engagement with executive and C-suite leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior and executive leadership
- Strong, structured analytical thinking
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable information
- Must be able to service the greater Houston, TX area; up to 20% travel required
