Our client is a leading European online car marketplace, serving 30M+ monthly users across 18 countries. As Senior/Lead Product Manager, you'll join their E-commerce team, focused on Website and Digital Retail products, a hands-on delivery role for someone who can step quickly into an active, fast-moving product area, translate stakeholder and customer needs into clear requirements, and keep delivery teams aligned. Ideal for a Product Manager who's execution-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

We are looking for candidates who can align with Toronto (ET) working hours, or who are comfortable working a shifted schedule with daily overlap until at least 4:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day product execution for initiatives across the client's Unified Web and Digital Retail product area

  • Gather, clarify, document, and validate business, customer, and technical requirements

  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery-ready documentation

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout delivery

  • Manage the product backlog, support prioritization, and ensure work is well-defined before development begins

  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve requirement gaps, and communicate decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress

  • Support sprint planning, refinement, demos, testing, release readiness, and post-launch follow-up

  • Use customer feedback, product data, and business context to inform practical product decisions and tradeoffs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of product delivery and requirements gathering

  • Experience at a minimum of two different companies or organizations in a Product role

  • Experience working on e-commerce products, consumer websites, or other customer-facing digital experiences

  • Strong experience partnering directly with software engineering teams in an agile environment

  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and business teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in automotive, automotive retail, digital retailing, or dealer technology

  • Experience with website platforms, e-commerce conversion, lead generation, or online purchase journeys

  • Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, content management systems, and modern product management tools

  • Experience working in a complex platform environment with multiple stakeholders, integrations, or dependent teams

We offer*:

  • Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible

  • A competitive salary and good compensation package

  • Personalized career growth

  • Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)

  • Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing

  • Education reimbursement

  • Memorable anniversary presents

  • Corporate events and team buildings

  • Other location-specific benefits
