We are looking for a Senior/Lead Sales manager

for one of our investment products (AI B2C)

.

The product is revolutionizing the world of AI role-playing apps.

Your main tasks will be:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve product goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Creators and their Agencies.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's sales reach:
- identify and reach out new Creators/Agencies which meet Company's criteria;
- identify relevant events or other formats of offline activities to participate in and scout for new contacts of Creators/Agencies;
Ensure sales performance and analyse sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Negotiate and ensure contracts with Creators/Agencies from the initiation of the introduce until the signing of the agreements.
Monitor contract performance by Company and each Creator, including acceptance of contract terms, delivery, payment, and other matters covered in Company’s contract terms with the Creators.
Control execution of third party Introducers (creators, agencies).
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development to optimise the overall sales and customer service process.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and analyses.

We expect from you:

3+ years of experience in the position of a Sales Manager (B2B) on the US market.
Effective communication skills.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Higher education in business management, marketing, communications or a related field.
Grit and persistance.
Stress resistance, initiative, high level of autonomy
Ambitiousness, willingness to take responsibility.
