Senior-Level Virtualization Engineer Personnel     At least 8 years of specialized experience in systems engineering, particularly focused on virtualization platforms within complex DoD and federal environments. Deep expertise in hyper-converged infrastructure solutions, including specific proficiency with VCF and compliance with rigorous DoD cybersecurity standards. At least 8 years of documented experience performing Systems Engineering Processes, including Requirements Tradeoffs, Cost Estimation, Technical Assessments, Technical Planning, Configuration Control Boards, Capabilities Based Assessments, Integrated Baseline Review, Lifecycle Sustainment Planning, Information Assurance/Cybersecurity, Requirements Traceability, Statement of Objectives, Systems Engineering Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and Technical Audits.      A minimum of one-year documented training or experience specifically designing, deploying, and maintaining virtualization systems compliant with DoD cybersecurity policies and regulations, including DoD 8500 series Directives and Instructions, DoD 8100 series Directives, and CNSSI 1253. Senior-level knowledge and demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and sustainment of hyper-converged enterprise virtualization solutions using Broadcom’s VCF, Horizon, App Volumes, and Workspace ONE. Location Must be located in the Nebraska Region (within commuting distance of USSTRATCOM, Building 1000, Offutt AFB, NE) as all work will be performed on site. Certifications Candidates will hold intermediate or higher-level certifications:  VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent certifications from recognized virtualization vendors. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines.  Clearance Active TS/SCI Security Clearances, ready for immediate deployment to support sensitive USSTRATCOM/J61 Mission Requirements.
