Our work is fast\u2011paced, highly technical, and critical to Micron\u2019s long\u2011term success!\n\nThis role plays a key part in delivering safe, compliant, and reliable chemical systems for semiconductor manufacturing. As a Chemical Systems Engineer, you\u2019ll guide third\u2011party design partners, collaborate across fields, and ensure sophisticated chemical delivery systems are delivered to the highest standards. If you enjoy technical depth, ownership, and seeing designs turn into real\u2011world facilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a visible impact.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage third\u2011party design firms developing chemical delivery, storage, and waste management systems\n * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align designs with facility needs and schedules\n * Ensure chemical systems align with codes, industry standards, and Micron safety requirements\n * Review and approve engineering work including P\u0026IDs, specifications, calculations, and 3D models\n * Support commissioning, testing, and vendor engagement to validate system performance\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in chemical systems engineering\n * Experience reviewing engineering designs and technical work\n * Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Navisworks\n * Familiarity with construction management tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or high\u2011purity, high\u2011hazard facilities\n * Strong project management and interpersonal skills\n * Experience coordinating with external design firms and equipment vendors\n * EIT or PE certification\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Facilities Engineer 3 - Semiconductor Facilities Engineer 5\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
