Join our team as a Senior/Staff Software Engineer and play a crucial role in building a world-class data trust platform.
Your Challenge
- Product Development & Collaboration: Partner with product, data, and domain experts to design and deliver user-friendly features that empower customers in their data management transformation. Drive alignment on technical topics across multiple teams.
- Build and Evolve SaaS Platform: Develop a scalable, secure, and fully multi-tenant cloud-based application. Continuously enhance our SaaS architecture to meet enterprise-grade SLAs, rigorous security standards, and the needs of demanding clients.
- Technical Ownership & Improvements: Take end-to-end responsibility for complex system areas. Improve and extend our codebase, streamline CI/CD pipelines. Drive continuous delivery practices, ensuring system stability, observability, rapid time-to-value, and consistent performance across hundreds of customer environments.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Share expertise across teams, mentor engineers of different levels, and contribute to best practices in engineering-wide communities and initiatives.
Is This You?
- SaaS & Cloud Focus: Passionate about building secure, enterprise-grade SaaS applications. Experienced with AWS or Azure ecosystems, Kubernetes environments, and multi-tenant distributed systems (incl. message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Strategic & Outcome-Oriented: Connect business goals with technical decisions, ensuring all engineering work drives tangible value and aligns with roadmap priorities.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide technical direction, mentor peers, and thrive in a large shared codebase. Contribute to delivery by being mindful of trade-offs: assessing whether it makes sense to invest into a feature and how much time is worth dedicating.
- Professional Expertise: Strong experience with Spring Boot and proficiency in Kotlin or Java. Skilled in debugging and solving complex problems.
- AI Focus: Eager to leverage AI tooling in engineering workflows and contribute to AI-powered feature development.
