The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelor's Degree in STEM field plus 8 years of experience, or Master's Degree in STEM field plus 6 years of experience Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP) and a DoD Top Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs At least 1 year of proven demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment At least 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule in an Electrical Design organization in a lead or managerial role Minimum 5 years' experience in a combination of: Electrical Hardware design, Cable-Harness design, and wire schematic development Familiar with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent Experience with CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics Experience in a technical leadership position Experience managing people Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Systems Engineering 1+ years Cost Account Manager and Program Scheduling experience Electrical requirement verification experience Integration and Test development/execution experience Experience with Team Center/CPLM Experience with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent Experience leading TEMPEST or EMI efforts with integrated product teams (IPTs) Strong CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics Experience designing, analyzing, and developing a power budget for an electrical power system of a military / aerospace system Experience developing multi discipline system architecture for a military / aerospace system Mechanical engineering experience Working experience designing, troubleshooting (RCA) and/or implementing ground power systems, facility power systems and/or launch power systems. Revit experience. Experience with high-power and/or high-frequency systems, including power electronics Knowledge of EMI/EMC design, shielding techniques, and thermal management for electronic systems. Authorship and release of engineering documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures. Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, milestone reviews, and government contracting. Experience maintaining and reporting status of program activities Electrical Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
