The Sentinel program has an exciting opportunity for a User Experience Engineer to join the team supporting activities including use case development, requirements definition / allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability. Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting UX design artifacts Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical) Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis Develop a digital ecosystem for the government customer Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Educational background in psychology, human factors, user experience, graphic design, industrial design, or HCI-related field from an accredited university, and at least 2 years of related experience with a Bachelors; OR at least 1 Years of relevant experience with a Masters Demonstrated experience utilizing UI/UX design principles Demonstrated experience creating wireframes Experience in fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to segment, program and customer community Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production Experience with Human Factors in a defense contracting environment (familiarity with Mil-Std-1472G and ANSI/HFES 100-2007) Familiarity with Human Factors modeling in NX/Jack, IMPRINT
