This position will be located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and may offer a competitive relocation package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nAs the Manager, Launch Silo Systems Engineering Integration \u0026 Test (SEIT) you will own the end to end delivery of the Launch Silo Integrated Product Team (IPT). This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of related experience or Master\u0027s degree and 6 years of related experience\n\n\u2022 Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years\n\n\u2022 Experienced in requirements engineering, system architecture, interface control, model based design, and test \u0026 verification.\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n\u2022 Direct experience with launch vehicle or launch silo systems (e.g., GBSD, GMLV, or commercial launch infrastructure).\n\n\u2022 Expertise in MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rational Rhapsody) and systems engineering lifecycle management (e.g., IBM Rational Team Concert, JAMA).\n\n\u2022 5 years leading cross functional engineering teams, delivering complex, cost sensitive programs on schedule.\n\n\u2022 Background in structural/thermal analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS).\n\n\u2022 Prior involvement in hardware in the loop testing, environmental qualification, or launch site integration.\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated success in fostering a diverse, inclusive engineering environment.\n\n\u2022 Familiarity with Agile and JIRA\n\n\u2022 Proven performance as an Engineering Leader in all phases of acquisition, design, integration, and execution. Candidate will require ability to rapidly assess and lend guidance to projects assigned to the organizational group as well as demonstrated mentoring and guidance to engineers.\n\n\u2022 Active DoD Top Secret (adjudicated 5years).\n\n\u2022 Communication: Strong presentation skills; comfortable briefing senior executives, customers, and external partners.\n\n\u2022 Soft Skills: Influential leader who builds trust, drives collaboration, and resolves conflicts with transparency and authenticity.\n\n\u2022 Program Delivery: Proven record of meeting contractual cost, schedule, and technical requirements; experienced with EVM or equivalent cost schedule control tools.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $276,500.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
