The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. SentinelSystems Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's degree or 4 year with a PhD. An additional 4 years of direct CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree. Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 3 years of experience participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review milestone events 1 year of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirements management 1 year of demonstrated cross-organizational team leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate execution of multiple technical teams to achieve overarching project goals and confidence to brief IPT, Program and Customer leadership Experience with ICBM or other large DoD Acquisition programs Extensive MBSE experience (3+ years) Experience with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirement System (DOORS) Experience with CAMEO and Teamwork Cloud Experience with Teamcenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management tools Experience with software scripting in one or more modern, object-oriented languages Experience with Agile development Experience developing processes and procedures Experience with data analytics and data visualization using Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server or similar tools
