Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 8 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience with a Master's degree in STEM. 1+ year of experience with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, DOORS or Cameo. 1+ year of experience in development and maintenance of Interface Control Modules Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years 7+ years of experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment Advanced degree in engineering 1+ year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule Active DOD Top Secret clearance, SAP, and/or SCI access 2+ years' experience leading teams in a functional, programmatic or technical capacity 3+ years' experience using CAD software (Siemens NX, Solid Edge, Solid Works, Pro/E etc) Solid understanding of the Systems Engineering and Integration and Test processes on the Sentinel Program with emphasis on interfaces. Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $230,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
