The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in all phases of the program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout). This role is highly visible with an executive presence and candidate must have an ability to work well with high level NG and government customers. The candidate must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities and possess the ability to support the team in an agile manner. The selected candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasking. This requisition may be filled at either the Systems Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03) Engineer Systems: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree 2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Principles 2+ years of experience with Requirements Development A general understanding of Engineering Board Processes Experience leading projects/assignments Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar ICBM experience Proficiency/Expert with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Cost Account Management/Control Account Management Certification Experience/Training in Earned Value Management Comfortable briefing leadership and providing status both down and in and up and out
