They will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasking Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and support the development of a tool to communicate and track action items internally and with our customers. Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts. Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature content both internally and externally. Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure readiness prior to formal design review This requisition may be filled at either the Systems Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03). Engineer Systems: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree 2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Principles 2+ years of experience with Requirements Development A general understanding of Engineering Board Processes Experience leading projects/assignments Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar Experience working with Cameo or similar tools Experience working with DOORS or similar tools Experience with MBSE Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
