Developing standardized processes, policies, and procedures (to the extent possible) for the In-Silo Instrumentation, including configuration control of all software tools. Manage all In-Silo Instrumentation activities and enhancements from cradle to grave, this will include developing requirements, project planning, managing cost/schedule, and ensuring technical objectives are met. Working with program leadership to assess issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and program cost/schedule objectives as well as developing and maintaining metrics for monitoring the team's progress. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelors degree with 8 years of related work experience: or Masters and 6 years of related experience. Prior experience in testing environments or with test execution efforts Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need At least 1 year of demonstrated work experience leading a project or driving performance against a schedule Active Top Secret DoD Clearance and ability to obtain an SCI clearance Proficient in using CAMEO software Familiarity with Integration and Test Principles and best practices Demonstrated ability to lead/manage a project including task development, scheduling, tracking, reporting status Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proven capable of being organized, efficient, and handling multiple tasks while paying attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication as candidate will be expected to prepare briefings for leadership Sentinelintandtest Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
