Aspire Software is looking for a SEO & Content Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
What your day will look like:
1. Research & Strategy
- Conduct SEO research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for content and website optimization
- Map content needs for Valpay and Sadie based on audience intent, business objectives, and search behavior
2. Keyword Research & Planning
- Identify high-value keywords and search trends using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, or Google Search Console
- Build keyword maps to inform site architecture, content strategy, and on-page SEO
3. On-Page & Technical SEO
- Optimize content, meta data, headings, and internal linking
- Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices in code, performance, and UX
- Conduct technical audits and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, or broken links
4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop ethical backlink strategies to increase domain authority
- Cultivate relationships with reputable publishers for guest posting and link acquisition
5. Content Development & Management
- Write and edit SEO-optimized content including blogs, landing pages, and long-form guides
- Align content with brand tone and user intent across various platforms (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.)
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings, traffic sources, and content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Translate data into actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Report performance to stakeholders with clarity and precision
7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with evolving SEO trends, AI-powered tools, and algorithm updates
- Proactively test, learn, and implement new strategies to maintain competitive edge
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO and content writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful SEO strategies across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and comfortable
setting up, managing, and optimizing platforms like Google Search Console, Google Analytics,
and other SEO-related tools
- Excellent written English with an ability to craft compelling, user-focused content
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web technologies; experience with CMS platforms like
WordPress
- Analytical mindset with strong command of data interpretation and reporting. Proficient in
creating clear, data-driven SEO reports using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production or insights is a plus
