We are seeking a SEO and Search Engine Marketing Expert to play a key role in our marketing team by assisting our Marketing Team in executing and managing online paid search campaigns across various platforms including Google, Bing, etc as well as giving our company a total SEO Makeover. You will be responsible for optimizing our paid search efforts, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. As a SEO & SEM Marketing Expert, you will collaborate with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement online marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage our paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze campaign performance data, and optimize results. Working closely with our creative team, you will help create engaging ad creatives that reflect our brand aesthetics and identity. Join our team and help drive our brand's growth through innovative advertising strategies and data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and implement digital search marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Execute and manage a complete makeover in company SEO Strategy Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to ensure efficient spending Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics and identity Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising Report on campaign performance to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field Proficiency in paid advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising
