What You’ll Do

As a SEO Specialist, you’ll generate qualified roofing leads through sustainable organic growth. You’ll ensure Bartlett Roofing dominates local search, converts traffic into leads, and builds long-term digital authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic that converts to qualified leads
• Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and conversion intent
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all service areas
• Build local backlinks and maintain consistent directory listings (NAP)
• Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategy (landing pages, blogs, FAQs)
• Conduct technical site audits and improve Core Web Vitals
• Track SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and report results monthly
  

What You Bring

• 10+ years of proven SEO experience across in-house or agency environments
• 1+ year of experience leveraging LLMs and AI tools to enhance SEO performance
• Strong knowledge of local SEO, content optimization, and analytics
• Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Organized, analytical, and results-driven
