SEO Specialist

Silver Bell Group is expanding its Marketing team and is
looking for a proactive and analytical SEO Specialist to support both our
internal marketing efforts and client projects. If you enjoy optimizing
websites for search visibility, analyzing performance metrics, and developing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for
  internal and client websites.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content
  gap audits to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Optimize website structure, on -page elements, and metadata
  to improve search engine ranking and visibility.
  
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams
  to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web assets.
  
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with
  developers on resolving crawl, indexation, and speed issues.
  
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, keyword
  ranking, backlinks, domain authority, CTR, conversions).
  
• Develop and execute link -building strategies using ethical and
  effective outreach methods.
  
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, industry trends, and
  emerging SEO tools to keep performance at the highest standard.
  
• Support paid media and content initiatives by aligning SEO
  strategy with broader digital marketing goals.
  
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager.
  
  

• Hands -on experience in SEO, preferably
  in an agency or fast -paced digital environment.
  
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on -page optimization,
  and off -page strategies.
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console,
  Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  
• Experience with keyword research, link building, and SEO
  reporting.
  
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress
  or similar).
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and
  provide actionable insights.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and
  spoken.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
  deadlines in a dynamic environment.
