Position Summary: 

• Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Marketing, Entertainment & Sales, maintain all of the direct mail efforts. Oversee all Access club data and use it to create all types of campaigns to positively impact all revenue departments. Work closely with the Marketing Team to coordinate mailings, digital efforts, and other communication to drive awareness, participation, and produce incremental visits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort/Saganing Eagles Landing Casino Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile App, and Email Campaigns.


• Manage Player Development Analyst and responsible for creating schedules, work implementation, training, and disciplinary actions.


• Manage all elements of campaigns: segmentation, creative, proofing, internal and external communication, reporting, etc.


• Ensures the integrity of the CMS database for accuracy and protection of proprietary guest and gaming data.


• Monitor database health & campaigns.


• Manage all direct mail programs Proformas and Postformas.


• Manage RECON to support campaigns strategy and execution. Work along with the RECON team to accomplish needed elements for Direct Mail campaigns.


• Directly responsible for all Direct Mail budgets and all elements of it (forecast, reconciling, purchasing requisition process).


• Work closely with Marketing Manager-Advertising/Public Relations and Digital Marketing Strategist to coordinate and execute Email, Mobile, SMS, and Direct Mail Campaigns.


• Develop and manage regularly scheduled reports.


• Coordinate with all internal departments, external vendors, and/or agencies.


• Assist with other major Marketing programs.


• Respond to interdepartmental inquiries through multiple inbound channels in a timely fashion.


• Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization`s policies and applicable laws.


• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.


• Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.


• Three years of experience in Database Marketing.


• Two years in a managerial role of people and processes.


• Experience with Direct Mail specifications, print production & postal regulations.


• Experience with managing multiple campaigns, channels, and timelines in high pace environment.


• Must be able to pass a background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience in database structures and creating queries.

License, Certification, or Special Requirements: 

• Native American preference shall apply to all positions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of casino and resort amenities.


• Knowledge of filing systems, scheduling, etc.


• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.


• Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.


• Working knowledge for following systems: Aristocrat – Oasis Superplaymate, RECON, Access, and Nvision.


• Skill in operating business computers and office machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds and with co-workers at all levels.

Physical Demands: 

• Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment: 

• Normal office environment.


• Frequent walking and standing in a smoking environment and contact with the general public. Constant visual stimulation via neon lights on slot machines, repeatedly changing machine video screens, static or flashing signs throughout the casino, and constant machine and crowd noise.


• Irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.


• Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
