As a crucial part of our customer support team, you will provide assistance and guidance to clients using your fluency in Serbian to ensure effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
• Assist customers with technical issues, software installations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide users with information on system updates, product features, and best practices.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on new technologies and developments in the IT field to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
